We make every effort to give accurate information, descriptions, and photographs regarding our products and services. However, because we cannot guarantee the correctness of all goods and services we supply, such information, descriptions, or photos do not bind us legally. You agree to make purchases from our website at your own risk.
When required, we reserve the right to alter, reject, or cancel your order. If your order is cancelled and your money has already been processed, we will issue a refund of the amount you paid. Design Proofing
Any design created by the user will not be proofread by Scenolia. Before placing your order, please double-check all your designs. Scenolia is not responsible for any design errors caused by the customer.
Scenolia will print the file exactly as it is. If proof is requested, Scenolia will use the most recent evidence that the customer has accepted. Any errors or adjustments to the proof must be made before it is approved.
Colour Issues
For design and printing, the company uses standard industry software. Colour matching or exact colour printing are not guaranteed. Slight colour differences are conceivable and should be accepted; they are not considered a manufacturing error and are not eligible for a refund, return, or reproduction. To match the colour, we utilize our best judgement, but if you need to visually match the colour, we recommend obtaining a sample product.

When required, we reserve the right to alter, reject, or cancel your order. If your order is cancelled and your money has already been processed, we will issue a refund of the amount you paid. Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our website, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- 5 to 7 business days to deliver within Ontario; or
- 14 to 20 business days to deliver outside of Ontario and US (excluding customs)
The delivery will take place as soon as is practical. Depending on the method of delivery chosen. Due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery timeframes may vary. The delivery times do not include weekends or statutory holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price of the goods purchased.
If you order items from us for delivery outside of Canada, you may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. Any such charges or taxes are your responsibility to pay. Before making a purchase, please contact your local customs office for further information. We are not responsible for paying any such duties or taxes, and we are not liable if you fail to do so.
You must provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, as well as the recipient's name. We are not responsible if your items are delivered to the incorrect address or to the wrong person as a result of erroneous or incomplete information provided by you.
Refund and Exchange
Scenolia will not provide refunds unless there is an error from Scenolia. The value of the refund will be equal to or less than the product’s sales price, excluding shipping charges. The Customer Service Representative must approve all refunds. Within 15 business days of approval, refunds are provided. Scenolia will not be liable for any banks or third-party costs, including but not limited to fees and interest.
Consumer Protection Law
These Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under the Consumer Protection Act or any other consumer protection legislation in your country that cannot be excluded. The mandatory elements of that legislation will be applied to these Terms and Conditions.
